Tea Tree and Neem Oil for Feet

Once you get a toe fungus or athletes foot it can be hard to get rid of without nasty toxic chemicals or being prescribed a terribly toxic pill.

A natural, albeit not the best smelling, way to rid of toe fungus and athletes foot is to use a combination of Neem Oil and Tea Tree Oil (be sure to use a high quality pure essential oil...not something like the Desert Oil brand which is mostly diluted with alcohol.)

Both Neem Oil and 100 % Tea Tree oil are anti-bacteria and anti-fungus. The Neem oil alone is not quite enough to knock it out and the Tea Tree alone is too drying and will make your skin peel. Try the combination and watch your feet return to normal.

Rosemary for Healthy Hair and Memory booster

Using either jojobo oil or neem oil, put a little oil in your hand and then add 3-4 drops of Rosemary essential oil. Rub your hands together and then give yourself a scalp massage. This will bring oxygen and nutrients to your scalp nourishing your hair follicles, keeping your hair lush and possibly slowing down any grey. The rosemary treatment is also excellent as a memory booster. Excellent to use for studying and exam time. Wash your hair as usual after treatment.

Nighty Nights sleep well

Vetiver and Lavendar - One client reports back that this has helped significantly with insomnia

First take an unscented cream or carrier oil such as sesame, grapeseed or jojoba and add four-five drops of lavendar and rub clockwise on your stomach. Take a few dabs and put on your temple and under chin just below the ears.

Then mix eight drops of vetiver in small amount of cream or carrier oil and give yourself a foot massage.

Pests Be Gone with Peppermint

Pests do not like Peppermint... if you want a natural way to be rid of pests -use peppermint essential oil. Put drops of the peppermint oil directly on a cotton ball and put the cotton ball where you would like to be rid of the pest (ants and rodents.)

To cover a wider area, make a spritzer. Get a spray bottle, add distilled water, and 20 drops of Peppermint oil. Shake and spray often.

Relax to the Max

Relax to the Max ---with Clary Sage, Lavendar and orange

This is a wonderful formula to achieve a sense of calm. Mix 3-4 drops of clary sage, Lavendar and orange with a carrier oil such as jojoba or grapeseed.

Rub the blend on both feet. Wrap your feet with dampended warm towels and then a dry one over that for five minutes.

Relax to the Max - also extremely beneficial to women to releive menstrual cramps - take the same blend and rub all over the abdomen area - put a warm towel over your stomach - then a dry towel on top
