April's Meditation Blend 8/13/09 inspired by the Reiki I class
Orange-- Cheering, boost immune system and helps detoxify
Geranium -- Lifts spirits, puts the mind in balance
Clary Sage- Third Eye Chakra and clarity of vision, good for dreams and meditation, deeply relaxing
Frankinscence- elevates mind to connect to spirit, helps rid energies no longer needed, slows breathing and good for meditation
Balsam of Peru- Purification, love magic, qualities of the sun and light
Vetiver- Grounding and nuturing, relaxing, allowing one to let things just be
